Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

If your products are in stock we will endeavour to pack and send your order within 3 working days. Pre order items will be shipped as soon as products arrive from our suppliers - pre orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive into stock. This timeframe may vary depending on product availability with the manufacturer and national / international shipping timeframes. If you would like information on the delivery timeframe for your order please contact us via phone or email.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.

Return shipping is at the customers expense for general returns and if your purchased product was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return refund.

If the reason for your return is a product that is determined to be damaged or faulty EveryDay Equestrian will arrange for the return shipping.

 

Returns Policy 

We understand that you may change your mind, items may be returned to EveryDay Equestrian within 10 business days of product receipt at your expense so that they may be assessed for refund or exchange.

Please contact us via email or via Messenger before sending your return. Use the subject line ‘Return’ and your EDE order number. We will then check if your order is eligible for a return or exchange and provide the return postal address.  

To return an item for refund or exchange, the product MUST be in original new sale condition with all labels attached and in correct, undamaged, original condition packaging. The following conditions also apply to general returns:

  • If your purchased product was eligible for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return refund.
  • The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

 

We do not offer returns or refunds on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.

PLEASE NOTE - FROM 1/1/2024 WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS ON RIDING BOOTS UNLESS SUBJECT TO A WARRANTY ISSUE.

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card, Afterpay, or PayPal Account. Refunds may take between 5 - 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account. 

Order Cancellation

Generally once orders have been placed unfortunately we are not able to cancel them. We may at our discretion cancel orders in certain circumstances. All order cancellations will attract a $10.00 transaction fee to be deducted from any refund amount.
