Shipping & Returns
We will endeavour to pack and send your order within 3 working days, most in stock products will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment for your order. Pre order items will be shipped as soon as possible.
Your parcel should take between 1-5 days to be received (Rural areas may take a little longer), you may need to sign for receipt of your parcel.
Return shipping is at the customers expense for general returns, if the product is determined to be damaged or faulty EveryDay Equestrian will arrange for the return shipping.
We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale
You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.
We understand that you may change your mind, items may be returned to EveryDay Equestrian within 14 days of product receipt at your expense so that the item/s may be assessed.
To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original condition packaging. The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card, Afterpay, or PayPal Account. Refunds may take between 5 - 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
