Shipping Policy 

We will endeavour to pack and send your order within 3 working days, most in stock products will be posted within 24 hours of receiving payment for your order. Items that require ordering from our suppliers will be shipped as soon as possible depending on international shipping timeframes.

Your parcel should take between 1-5 days to be received (Rural areas may take a little longer), you will need to sign for receipt of your parcel.

Return shipping is at the customers expense for general returns, if the product is determined to be damaged or faulty EveryDay Equestrian will arrange for the return shipping.

We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale

You will receive an email containing your tracking number and the tracking service once your order has been dispatched.
